According to estimates by the Polish Wind Energy Association, by 2030, if the full potential is used, the power generated from wind energy could reach about 18 GW.
We discussed the plans and development of onshore wind energy in Poland at the PWEA conference in Swinoujscie. Among experts in the RES segment, we exchanged knowledge and opinions on the energy transition, changes in the energy market, current challenges of cable pooling and energy storage. We discussed the possibilities of connecting renewable energy sources to the grid and infrastructure sharing.
The Polish Wind Energy Association Conference is the largest industry event in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe dedicated to wind energy. The meeting enables the exchange of experience and discussion of the use of renewable energy sources in the economy and the environmental benefits of the transition towards decarbonization and low-carbon.
