It’s important for us to get to know you a little better, which is why our recruitment process consists of a few stages.

Verification of applications

We will verify all submitted applications in terms of position requirements.

1st stage

Our Recruiter carries out the first stage in one of the following forms: by phone, online or in person. During this stage, we will introduce you to the company and the challenges that await you in your new position. At this stage, you can expect questions about work experience or qualifications.

2nd stage

The second stage is a meeting with the Recruiter and your future supervisor. The interview takes place in one of our offices or online. At this stage, you can expect questions about professional and social competences.

Decision on the employment

We will make a decision and notify all candidates who have taken part in the interview.
