Thanks to the loan obtained, 140 photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 134 MW will be realized.
The loan agreement was concluded between a consortium of banks and 32 companies, whose sole shareholder is Projekt Solartechnik Fund FUNDUSZ INWESTYCYJNY ZAMKNIĘTY, which is part of the FAMUR Group.
On the side of the banking syndicate are: ING Bank Śląski SA, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SA, and BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA. The purpose of the project finance loan is, in particular, to finance and refinance the construction costs of 140 photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of approximately 134 MW and to cover the debt service reserve. The limits granted to the companies amount to PLN 428 million.
The final repayment of the loans must be made by 22 December 2040.
We currently have projects in our portfolio in Poland with a total capacity of approximately 1.5 GW at various stages of development, including 134 MW under construction and a further 500 MW in the pipeline. The signing of the loan agreement with the banks makes us more credible in the financial market and in the eyes of our business partners. It is an important step in the development of the company, which gives us acceleration and certainty of achieving our goals.
