At this year’s Intersolar Europe, the SolarPower Europe association presented the ‘Global Market Outlook Solar Power 2023-2027’ report, which shows that investment costs in PV are falling, making solar power generation even more competitive with other methods of green energy generation. Photovoltaics, along with other renewable energy sources such as wind power, among others, are gaining in popularity, as evidenced by the attendance and scale of this year’s conference. So in Munich, we discussed the development and future of RES in Europe and innovative solutions in the PV industry. We also took part in many fruitful meetings with product and service providers, investors and business partners.
Intersolar Europe is the world’s leading trade fair for the solar industry. More than 100,000 m2 of exhibition space, 85,000 visitors and almost 1,500 exhibitors – this is how this year’s event looks in numbers. Under the motto ‘Connecting solar business’, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, service providers as well as project planners and developers from all over the world meet every year in Munich to discuss industry developments, prevailing trends and to meet new potential customers.
