The year 2024 will be a record year in terms of concluded PPAs in Germany – this is the main conclusion of the Aurora Renewables Summit conference in Berlin, which we attended. The event discussed pricing mechanisms and the role of PPAs in the development of renewable energy in the German market. The conference brought together stakeholders, industrial consumers and financial players of the international energy industry, who also discussed issues related to Europe’s energy security and the achievement of energy neutrality.
